Let me start by saying, this is a great piece of software, I use it at home and at work. Thanks a million for writing this.
Here's the bug I've run into: Each time Techno Notes Manager opens in Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7, a dialog box pops up saying "'1,01' is not a valid floating point value." After clicking OK, then the Techno Notes Manager window appears. (see attached image)
